The brand focuses on families in the Netherlands and Belgium. Most are parents between 25 and 45, especially moms who are looking for ways to support their children’s development. The Tekentablet is made for kids ages 4 to 8, while the Praatkaarten is designed for toddlers ages 1.5 to 4.
These parents value products that are both fun and educational. They also look for real reviews from other families before buying. That is why DEPLAY wanted to grow through user-generated content, giving their products visibility in the hands of trusted voices.
The Challenge
DEPLAY reached out to us after seeing the success of another brand we managed. They believed influencer marketing could help them grow but needed a partner to make it work. Their main concern was building a library of authentic UGC that could also be reused in future campaigns.
The search for influencers was not easy. The criteria were very specific, especially for the Belgian market where Dutch-speaking creators were a must. They also needed 200 collaborations in total, yet many influencers were not open to gifting partnerships. This made the process longer and more demanding.

Our Strategy
We built a complete influencer program for DEPLAY. This included research, outreach, gifting, and content tracking, along with affiliate testing and usage rights. Our approach made sure every piece of content could be used beyond the campaign itself.
We also made relationship-building a priority. We followed up with creators, engaged with their posts, and offered rewards for consistency. By motivating them with the chance to receive higher-value products, we encouraged loyalty and stronger performance.
Execution
The Tekentablet campaign got off to a strong start with early collaborations, quickly reaching 100 closed partnerships. It took a little time to hit the 100 UGC post target as creators gradually shared their content. By the end, we had 120 collaborations and 104 posts, giving us an 86.67% post rate.
The Praatkaarten campaign started soon after and eventually brought in 123 collaborations and 96 UGC posts. Across Instagram and TikTok, response rates averaged over 35%, showing real engagement even with strict criteria. The campaign proved that steady effort and follow-through really pay off.
Delays and rejections were part of the process, but we kept things moving by trying new outreach styles, adjusting criteria, and following up consistently. Every little push added up, and more creators joined and delivered content week by week. Momentum built naturally as the campaigns went on.
The Results
The campaign delivered on every goal. DEPLAY not only reached 200 UGC posts and collaborated with over 240 influencers, but also achieved impressive performance results. In just 10 months, the influencer and affiliate strategy generated €72,064 in sales, 685 orders, and 12,110 clicks.
